I am a huge lover of French Dip sandwiches because of the Au Jus sauce, however, ever since I found out that I have diabetes, I have to give up the hoagies and buns, not to mention, if I want to lose weight, I have to cut down on red meat.
I discovered Carb Balance Tortillas from Mission and have been using them in place of bread, having wraps instead. Well, it turns out I don’t really have to give up French Dips after all since I made Pork Au Jus.
This pork is so tender and juicy and full of flavor. And the best thing is that it really is only 3 ingredients….2 if you don’t count water.
